The programme covers the following safety promotion activities:
For the age group Children 0-14 years:
Children 0- 6 years are covered by a program where the health station and the nursery
school have a lot of activities. Also outdoors areas have a plan for security. Children
6-15 years are covered by a program where the security work is integrated in other plans
for the schoolwork. Activities about traffic and leisure also cover this group.

Youth 15-24 years:
This group is mostly covered by the safety promotion activities for athletics and what
they learn about traffic security when they are going to have their license. This group is
not in the community during the day because they go to school other places.
Adults 25-64 years:
Not special activities but is covered by information activities and what their job are
working with for security. They also will be involved by their children and/or their
elderly parents.
Elderly 65+ years:
A lot of activities for this group.

Through Criminal preventive council a lot of activities. The school program also cover
this together with the police.
Suicide prevention (self-inflected injuries):
Through a new psychiatry plan for the community a lot of preventive measures.

Central: Hospitals in the county, from the register for death reasons, Norwegian patient
register, register for injuries on persons at the Public health service, Highway Office,
Directorate for Labour Inspection. Local: Medical centre, nursing home, home based
services, nursery school, schools, agriculture (through medical centre and agriculture
office)
